The Manager Is Key
When operating a Seafood Kitchen the Restaurant Manager is key to its productivity. The successful Restaurant Manager is a role model, a skilled trainer of personnel, keenly aware of inventory, material needs, as well as, cleanliness of the entire facility. Additionally, the manager is into the needs of our guests, and seeks to serve tirelessly to make sure the guests’ experience is completely great from entry to exit.
Julie Osequeda fits perfectly into the management role.
Julie goes the extra mile to make sure our franchise operation and her specific restaurant is a success. She is captain to an amazing team, with excellent training and operational procedures in place. As a result, her restaurant is a training ground for other managers, assistant managers, and even other franchise developing teams. She is quite a talented manager. We are so fortunate to have her on own team!
She is setting store records at Jim Miller. She is serving with diligence, and works each day to make her store the best. We appreciate her hard work and efforts to excel. Our team is better, because Julie is a part.
